WooCommerce Website Design & Development, planned by AI and built by engineers

We use AI for market analysis, keyword positioning and competitor study before a single line of code is written — so your WooCommerce store launches into demand that already exists, not a guess about it.

// How we use AI

Research first. Design second. Code third.

Most eCommerce projects start with a theme and work backwards to an audience. We start with the audience. Our team uses AI tooling — Claude Code included — to compress weeks of research into days, then applies human judgement to every decision it produces.

01

Market analysis

We size the opportunity before we scope the build, so the store is built for how your category actually sells.

  • Demand and seasonality by product category
  • Price band mapping against your margins
  • Regional buying behaviour — India, Gulf, US, EU
  • Device and payment method split for your buyers
02

Keyword positioning

Every URL earns its place. Search intent decides the site architecture, not the other way round.

  • Keyword clusters mapped to category and collection pages
  • Product title, slug and schema patterns set upfront
  • Filter and facet URLs planned to avoid index bloat
  • Content gaps turned into a blog and buying-guide plan
03

Competitor study

We read your competitors' stores at a scale a manual audit can't reach, then tell you where the openings are.

  • Which competitors rank, and for what
  • Checkout, shipping and returns benchmarking
  • Offer, bundle and pricing comparison
  • Page speed and Core Web Vitals gaps you can beat

You get the research as a written plan you keep — keyword map, competitor matrix and architecture recommendation — whether or not you go ahead with the build.

// What we build

WooCommerce development services

From a first store to a high-catalogue replatform, handled by engineers who work on WordPress and Laravel products every day.

Custom store design

No recycled theme. We design the storefront around your catalogue, brand and the buying journey the research uncovered.

Custom plugins & extensions

Pricing rules, subscription logic, B2B tiers, quote flows — written as clean WooCommerce extensions, not theme hacks.

Payments & checkout

Razorpay, CCAvenue, PayPal, Stripe, PhonePe and UPI, with a checkout tuned to cut the drop-offs analytics keeps showing you.

Migration & replatforming

Moving from Shopify, Magento or a legacy cart. Products, customers, orders and — critically — your rankings and URLs.

Speed & Core Web Vitals

Query tuning, caching, image pipelines and a lean front end. Faster stores rank better and abandon less.

ERP, CRM & API integration

Inventory, accounting, shipping and CRM wired to the store — including open-source stacks like Dolibarr and Mautic.

// Platform

Why WooCommerce still wins for most stores

WooCommerce is the open-source eCommerce plugin for WordPress. You own the data, the code and the hosting — and there is no per-transaction platform tax on your growth. It's the right choice for most catalogues under a few hundred thousand SKUs, and we'll tell you honestly when it isn't.

You own everything

Open source, self-hosted. No lock-in and no revenue share with a platform.

Built for search

Full control of URLs, schema and content — which is exactly what our keyword plan needs.

Content and commerce together

Blog, buying guides and product pages in one CMS, feeding one SEO strategy.

Extends without limits

Any payment gateway, any courier, any ERP. If a plugin doesn't exist, we write it.

Your team can run it

Adding products, offers and pages needs no developer once we hand over.

Ready to go headless

Keep Woo as the backend and put Next.js in front when speed demands it.

// Engagement

How a WooCommerce project runs with us

Six stages from first call to live store. Research finishes before design starts, so nothing gets rebuilt twice.

Week 1

Discovery call

Your catalogue, margins, markets and what's failing on the current store. We agree what success is measured in.

Week 1–2

AI-assisted research

Market analysis, keyword positioning and competitor study, delivered as a written plan with a recommended site architecture.

Week 2–3

Architecture and UX

Sitemap, category structure, filters, checkout flow and mobile behaviour signed off before any visual design.

Week 3–5

Design system

A storefront design built for your brand and catalogue, with every template state — empty cart, out of stock, error — designed.

Week 5–9

Build and integrate

Theme, custom extensions, payment gateways, shipping, ERP and analytics. Reviewed on a staging URL you can test daily.

Launch+

Launch and support

Redirects, indexing, Core Web Vitals check, team training, then a monthly retainer for security, updates and growth work.

// Why GegoSoft

We ship our own software, not just client sites

GegoSoft Technologies has been building software in Madurai since 2017. Our engineers maintain production products of our own — GegoK12 school ERP, ChurchCMS, BOQ Manager, ChemTracker, eTender and Daybook — which is a harder test than any portfolio page. The whole team uses Claude Code as daily tooling, and that's what lets a research phase this deep fit inside a normal project budget.

// Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does a WooCommerce website cost with GegoSoft?
Cost depends on catalogue size, how much of the checkout and pricing logic is custom, and how many systems the store has to talk to. A focused store with a clean catalogue and standard payments sits well below a multi-warehouse build with ERP sync and B2B pricing tiers. Send us your catalogue size and the systems you use, and we'll come back with a fixed scope and a number rather than a range.
How exactly do you use AI on my project?
Three places, all before the build. Market analysis tells us how your category sells and to whom. Keyword positioning maps search intent onto the site architecture, so categories and collections exist because someone searches for them. Competitor study reads how rival stores rank, price, ship and check out, at a scale a manual audit can't cover. AI produces the raw material; our SEO and engineering team decides what's actually true and what makes it into the plan.
Can I manage the store myself after launch?
Yes. We hand over with training and written documentation, and everything routine — adding products, running offers, publishing pages and posts, editing content — is done from the WordPress admin without a developer. We stay on for updates, security and growth work when you want us to.
How long does a WooCommerce build take?
A typical store runs eight to twelve weeks from discovery to launch, with the first two weeks spent on research rather than design. Large catalogues, complex B2B pricing or ERP integration push that out. Migrations can be quicker where the catalogue is already clean.
Can you migrate my Shopify or Magento store to WooCommerce?
Yes, and the SEO side matters more than the data side. We move products, variants, customers and order history, then map every old URL to a new one so rankings and backlinks survive the switch. We monitor indexing and traffic for the first weeks after launch to catch anything that slips.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Most of our work is international. We have long-term clients in the United States, Australia, Europe and Dubai, and we work in their business hours for calls and reviews.

Tell us what you sell. We'll tell you where the demand is.

A short call, then a written market, keyword and competitor plan for your WooCommerce store. Yours to keep either way.
