This policy applies to payments received via Stripe, PayPal, UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, and other supported payment gateways.

1. Applicability

 

This policy applies to all products and services purchased through our owned and operated platforms, including but not limited to:

gegosoft.com, apps400.com , game400.com , gadget400.com, appmarketingplus.com, apps4review.com, appsthunder.com, appsmirror.com, appslisto.com, appsmamma.com, appiod.com, seoservicesmadurai.com, androidnewswire.com, gegok12.com, gegocart.com, wri8.com, and related subdomains or checkout links.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Products (Software, Scripts, Source Code)

No Refund Policy

All software products are delivered as:

  • Downloadable digital goods
  • Repository access
  • Open / unencrypted source code

Due to the nature of intellectual property delivery, all software sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

Demo Transparency

  • Public demos are provided wherever applicable.
  • Customers are strongly advised to evaluate demos before purchase.
  • Personalized demos may be requested prior to purchase.

Once code access or download is delivered, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

3. Hosting Services

Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests must be submitted via:

  • Official support email
  • Verified ticket system
  • Customer dashboard (if applicable)

Refund Calculation

Eligible refunds will be processed as:

Refund = Total Paid – Setup Fees – Current Billing Month Charges

Notes:
  • Setup and provisioning charges are non-refundable.
  • Active billing cycles are non-refundable.
  • Domain registrations and third-party licenses are non-refundable.

4. Blogging & Content Writing Services

Refunds may be considered if:
  • Work has not started, OR
  • Required inputs (briefs, approvals) are not provided by the client
If partial work is completed:
  • A proportional refund may be issued after deducting work already delivered.
No refunds once:

  • Final content is delivered
  • Content is approved
  • Publishing or distribution has begun

5. Design & Development Services

Includes:

Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered only if submitted within 3 calendar days of service initiation.

If delays or non-delivery occur solely from our side:

A pro-rated refund may be issued.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds if:

  • Milestones are approved
  • Deliverables are shared
  • Scope changes occur
  • Client delays approvals

6. Link Building & Marketing Services

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of order placement if:

  • Campaign has not started, OR
  • Deliverables were not initiated

Once outreach, placements, or publishing begins:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Replacements or adjustments may be offered

7. Subscription Services

For SaaS or recurring services:

  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing date.
  • No refunds for partially used billing cycles.
  • Access remains active until the subscription expiry date.

8. GST & Invoicing (India Compliance)

  • All invoices are issued under GSTIN: 33AAICG7856M1Z0
  • GST, where applicable, is included or added as per Indian tax laws.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed against the original invoice.

GST Refund Notes

  • GST charged on delivered digital goods is non-refundable once supply is completed, as per Indian tax regulations.
  • If a refund is approved, GST credit adjustments will follow applicable GST provisions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing details
  • Sharing GSTIN (if claiming input credit)

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating disputes with Stripe, PayPal, or banks.

Fraudulent or premature chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • License termination
  • Legal enforcement under Indian IT and contract laws

 

We maintain transaction logs including:

  • Download timestamps
  • Demo access logs
  • IP records
  • Communication history

These may be submitted during dispute resolution.

10. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at the company’s sole discretion in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical failures preventing delivery
  • Billing errors
